Cardozo Hands Townsend Harris First Loss of Season

The Cardozo Judges edged Townsend Harris 3-2 in a Queens A matchup on Monday afternoon, improving to 5-1 on the season, while handing Townsend Harris its first defeat of the year.

Cardozo was led by its singles play, winning all three singles flights, which was crucial because Townsend Harris was able to win both doubles contests.

In singles, Christian Gloria beat Maxim Prohorov 10-6 at the first flight, Christopher Tham beat Mitchell Mu 10-4 at second singles, and Kai Yuminaga beat Daniel Corona 10-3 at third singles to anchor the Cardozo victory.
